Code of Conduct for Players
Standards of behavior expected from all academy players
Discipline & Behavior
- Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials at all times
- Follow all instructions from coaching staff immediately
- Maintain positive attitude and sportsmanship
- No bullying, fighting, or inappropriate language
Attendance & Commitment
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and matches
- Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time
- Notify coaches in advance if unable to attend
- Give 100% effort in every training session
Appearance & Equipment
- Wear proper training kit and football boots
- Bring water bottle and necessary equipment
- Maintain clean and presentable appearance
- No jewelry or accessories during training
Fair Play & Sportsmanship
- Play fair and respect the rules of the game
- Accept decisions of referees and coaches
- Support and encourage teammates
- Show respect to opponents before and after matches
Lifestyle & Responsibility
- Maintain healthy diet and adequate sleep
- Balance football with academic responsibilities
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs
- Represent the academy positively in community
Consequences
- 1st Offense: Verbal warning
- 2nd Offense: Temporary suspension from training
- 3rd Offense: Match ban
- Serious Misconduct: Immediate removal from academy

Partnership between parents and academy for player success
Respect & Support
- Support your child's development and enjoyment
- Respect coaches' decisions and expertise
- Encourage effort over results
- Be positive role model for all players
Communication Rules
- Address concerns directly with coaches privately
- Wait 24 hours after matches before discussing issues
- Use respectful language in all communications
- No coaching from sidelines during training or matches
Sideline Behavior
- Cheer positively for all players
- No criticism of players, coaches, or officials
- Respect designated spectator areas
- No abusive language or aggressive behavior
Consequences
- 1st Offense: Verbal warning
- 2nd Offense: Written warning
- 3rd Offense: Temporary ban from attending
- Repeated Misconduct: Player suspension from academy
Safety Policy
Player safety is our top priority
First Aid & Medical
- Head coach is first aid-trained
- Full first-aid kits available at all sessions
- Emergency contact information on file
- Quick access to medical facilities
Injury Management
- Immediate assessment of all injuries
- Parents notified immediately of any injury
- Injury costs shared equally (50/50) between project and parents
- Proper rehabilitation before return to play
Emergency Procedures

Coach immediately evaluates the injury and provides first aid if needed.

Contact Parents
Parents are contacted immediately to inform them of the situation.

Seek Medical Attention
If necessary, player is taken to nearest medical facility with parental consent.

Document & Follow-up
All incidents are documented and followed up to ensure proper recovery.
