Head Coach
Former professional football player from Cameroon who played for Ethiopian Premier and Second League clubs. Certified coach and founder of Belinga Optimum Youth Football Project. Coaching philosophy focuses on fitness, skill development, mental strength, discipline, and character building.
Alfiya Jarso
Assistant Coach
Experienced assistant coach dedicated to youth development and player mentorship. Works closely with the head coach to deliver comprehensive training programs that develop technical skills and character.

Belinga Enoh Aime Cyrille
Origin: Cameroon
A former professional football player with extensive experience in Ethiopian football, having played for clubs in both the Premier League and Second League. His journey from professional player to certified coach brings invaluable real-world experience to our academy.
As a CAF certified coach and founder of Belinga Optimum Youth Football Project, he is committed to developing the next generation of Ethiopian football talent through professional training and mentorship.
